A deposit of £30.00 must be paid to secure your booking in the first instance.
Cancellations must be made within 7 days prior to the event date. If you fail to cancel your booking before this deadline, we will require half of the payment of your event.
In the event of a cancellation, the £30.00 deposit is non refundable.
The remainder of the balance is due prior to commencement of the event.
The hirer is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by any person at the event. You will be charged for the full amount of any repairs required, or in the case of extreme damage.. the full replacement cost of the piece of equipment is required. You will be advised of any damage as soon as it is caused.
D & J DO NOTtolerate violence, aggressive or abusive behaviour from anyone under any circumstances. We also reserve the right to immediately terminate entertainment services should we feel our personal safety is under threat. In the event of this happening, refunds are not applicable.
When feasible, clients requests for extended playing time will be accommodated. Overtime is charged at £30.00 per hour.. and £40.00 after 12:00am
All overtime fees are due in cash before the overtime period commences.
When booking any of the following Party Extras; Pyrotechnics, Bubble Machines, or Foam Machines.. PLEASE ensure the venue permits these items, as refunds of the above are not available if the venue disallow the extras to be used on the night...
We need no less then 1 hour prior to the function starting in order to set up our equipment, with approximately 25 minutes at the end of the night to dismantle the equipment.
We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss to private or public property caused by invited guests or members of the public.
Any delays in commencement, due to circumstances out with our control, the hirer is still liable for the full outstanding balance.
Any gratuities paid to the DJ on the night is at the sole discretion of the client or their guests.
We will provide a wide selection of music from all eras including the 50's , 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's , 00's and current chart music. Classic disco 'Cheese' is always at hand! Specific music requests can also be chosen or specified. With a weeks notice, we promise to purchase the music you want in the unlikely event that it isn't allready on our vast music database.
We are open to a variety of music requests, providing that guests are polite and courteous.
Smoke or fog machines will only be used with the permission from the management from the venue. Smoke machines will not be used in poorly ventilated rooms or when a highley sensetive fire or smoke sensor is present.
